Now this is a cake I took great pleasure making for Jasmine who was celebrating her 5th birthday. The cake was made out of vanilla sponge with vanilla butter cream (often a favourite for children’s cakes) and then carved to create the horses head and neck.

I think my favourite parts on this cake are the eye and the mane, and the best part of all was seeing Jasmine’s face when her cake was revealed to her. Such a cutie :)
